FAQ

Questions we hear every week.

If yours isn’t here, call the showroom or ask in your portal.

Is the design visit really free?

Yes. We measure, talk through how you use the room and start a drawing at no charge. You only pay a deposit if you decide to order.

How long do new cabinets take?

From two weeks for ready-built cabinets to about four months for inset. Most made-to-order kitchens arrive in five to eight weeks, and your install date shows in your portal.

Do you install, or just sell cabinets?

Both. Our own crew installs everything we sell. We also supply builders and contractors who use their own installers.

Can I see my project online?

Yes. Every client gets a private portal with the estimate, drawings, door sign-off, payments, install dates and messages in one place.

Do you sell cabinets without installation?

Yes. Homeowners with their own installer and builders with their own crews can buy cabinets only. Delivery is still included in the Greenville area.

What does the estimate include?

Five parts, each on its own line: cabinets, hardware, delivery and install, countertops, and sales tax. You see exactly where the money goes.

How do payments work?

Usually a deposit when you order, a progress payment when the cabinets arrive and a final payment after the walk-through. Each shows in your portal with its due date.

Can I pay online?

Yes, by card or bank transfer from your portal. Checks are welcome too.

Do you do countertops?

We template and install countertops with trusted local fabricators, and they appear on the same estimate.

What warranty do the cabinets have?

Ready-built cabinets carry a 5-year warranty. Made-to-order and custom lines carry a lifetime limited warranty. Our install work is covered for two years.
