Our processFrom first visit to final walk-through.
Four steps, a designer who stays with you the whole way, and a portal that shows you where things stand.
Design visit
Meet in the showroom or at home. We measure, listen and start a 3D drawing.
Portal: Request savedEstimate & samples
You get a clear estimate in five parts: cabinets, hardware, delivery and install, countertops, tax.
Portal: Approve onlineOrder & build
Sign off on your door, color and hardware, pay the deposit, and we place the order.
Portal: Sign & pay onlineDelivery & install
Our own crew installs, then we walk through it with you and fix anything on the list.
Portal: Dates on your calendarHow long a kitchen usually takes.

You always know what’s paid and what’s next.
Most kitchens are paid in three parts. Each one shows in your portal with its due date, and you can pay online or by check.
Deposit
When you approve the estimate and sign off on your door and colors. This places the order.
Progress
When the cabinets arrive at our warehouse and the install date is set.
Final
After the walk-through, once everything on the punch list is done.
Demo shop: payment splits are an example. Your shop sets its own deposit and schedule in the portal.
